• Built a chip management interface for the eSIM B2B project, aimed at company managers and employees. The solution surpassed 10,000 activations in the first days after launch.
• Implemented an enhancement to the eSIM B2B project that let managers activate multiple chips simultaneously — an essential feature, since in practice a single chip is rarely activated at a time.
• Optimized the application bundle owned by my squad, cutting module load times by up to 30%.
• Took part in the B2B SRE team, handling critical situations to keep the system stable.
• Led the onboarding of several developers and architects, helping them reach good performance quickly after joining their squads.

Telefonica BR (Vivo)

• Worked on the consumption management project, where B2B plan users with specific characteristics could manage, through a web interface, the amount of data and minutes allocated to corporate phones — providing a better user experience. This project was essential for efficiently controlling data and minute allocation on devices.
• Actively took part in the team's technical discussions, helping define different approaches for the consumption management project.

Pontaltech

Developed, together with the team, the Verified SMS project which, in partnership with Google, verifies whether the company sending a message is truly who it claims to be — adding more security to SMS conversations. At the time, this feature was only available in Google's messaging app.

Indigosoft

• Built bots in C#/.NET to automate processes, significantly cutting the time to run actions on Sky's legacy systems and streamlining plan hiring, changes, and cancellations.
• Developed web scraping scripts in C# to feed into the company's RPA pipeline, which was its main product.
• Built web applications using Razor Syntax, Microsoft Web Server, SQL Server, and C#, serving as an interface for companies to access automations more simply and quickly, speeding up problem resolution.
